The Young Adult Carers project is for young people based in Falkirk and Clackmannanshire aged between 16 - 25
Young adult carers often face particular challenges and we are on hand to support you whatever your situation or circumstances. Juggling work and study with caring responsibilities, or trying to balance looking after someone else with the desire to move forward with your own life can often seem impossible.
At the Falkirk and Clackmannanshire Carers Centre you will find information and support, together with opportunities to meet people who have personal experience of similar issues. Have a conversation with a Carer Support Worker about your caring role and what’s important to you. Together, we’ll be able to help decide what kind of information or support might suit you best and review things as you go along.
