shotokan karate every monday and wednesday in the rhondda sports centre from 7pm untill 8pm. Students are taken from the age of 6 to 60 so come and join us and get fit while learning the art of karate. the lesson is taught in a fully matted dojo with structured drills that get the students really motivated and keep coming back week after week. any questions call me on 07599699095.....see you soon !
