I am a highly experienced exercise and nutrition enthusiast, and qualified in Advanced Nutrition. I trained specifically in nutrition for sports and nutrition for weight loss, as these areas particularly interest me.
Having worked out in gyms for 30 years, in many different countries, I noticed that the vast majority of people training in them are putting in the effort but do not manage to change their bodies. This is because as much of 80% of your results depend on having the nutrition exactly right, for your body.
There are plenty of personal trainers out there, but few pay more than lip service to diet, I wanted to offer a service dedicated to getting your personalised nutrition perfected, to give you maximum results and maximum health.
“Diets” don’t work - it’s proven that just 1 in 100 people who take part in a diet keep the weight of permanently. Actually the statistics could well be lower, depending on which study you look at.
What is needed is to learn nutrition and in particular with the help of a specialist learn about nutrition suited to YOUR body as every body is different. In order to succeed you need to make permanent lifestyle changes, with ongoing monitoring and setting of goals, and accountability.
I offer one to one coaching on a weekly basis, this is the ideal way to achieve ongoing success. However also offered is one off nutrition plans which can offer some limited results but as weight loss and diet is something which needs ongoing support and revision for continued progress I strongly suggest a course of weekly sessions for optimum results.
