What is Zumba?
Zumba Fitness is exercise in disguise! It feels like a dance party but before you know it, you're burning hundreds of calories, toning your whole body, strengthening your heart and shimmying yourself into fantastic shape with Latin-inspired dance moves. It's a high energy workout and you'll notice the difference after only a few classes. The music is infectious - comprising international and current chart toppers!
For ALL fitness levels and beginners!
You don't have to be a "Strictly" expert on the dance floor or super fit to take part - Zumba is open to all fitness levels so you can take everything at your own pace and even if you think you've got two left feet, I guarantee that you'll have some new moves for the dancefloor after only a couple of sessions - come and give it a try - ditch the workout and join the party!
