The Barbecue will be cooked by a passionate Argentine Gaucho (Legendary Cowboy) with over 30 years of experience.
The meat is very slowly cooked over charcoal and wood embers which give it a distinctive melt in the mouth taste. The meat can be thoroughly enjoyed alone or can be served with a sauce called chimichurri which is a delicious blend of parsley, garlic, chilli and other very tasty ingredients that give the succulent meat a tasty bang!
We can cook any meat; Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken or Fish. Even British Bangers or Beef Burgers taste delicious cooked this way.
