Eats and Treats @ The Snug is a homely Cafe/Gallery and cake shop. We provide freshly cooked to order food which is all locally sourced where possible. So please be aware that there is a wait for your food, but we promise it will be worth is. We are a homely friendly Cafe that strives to make our customers welcome and happy. If there is nothing on our menu that suits you please speak to a member of our staff and we will rumble something up for you :).We have a snug area which is dog friendly to well behaved dogs on leads and just ask a member of staff for a bowl of water. We have books that you can sit and read or take away, all donations are put to Barking mad charity that help re home dogs in Romania. Our walls are full of local artists work which is for sale.
We also have Charms Treats at the front of the shop where you can buy lush homemade cakes from and put in orders for cakes for birthdays etc. We also provide food for buffets and meetings. As much as possible we cater for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free diets. Our chefs concentrate on the specials of the day and on our tables you will find a menu with our range off all day breakfasts, kids menu and drinks.
It is advisable to book a table with us. We serve our specials up to around 3pm, however we can provide soup after this and there is plenty lovely cakes to choose from.
