If you need advice, guidance or support on any SEND issues that are affecting you. Parents of children with SEND or young people with SEND (age 16 to 25), can contact us if they need information advice and support about their education. We provide impartial and confidential information and support. We do not make decisions for parents or young people, – we give you the information you need to be able to make your own, informed decisions.

Every Local Authority must have an Information Advice and Support Service as stated in the SEN Code of Practice (2014); each IAS service is supported by the National the Information, Advice and Support Services Network (IASSN).
