The Junior Directors Initiative is a small organisation compromising of 5-6 members between the ages of 18 and 30 years old. We aim to boost the participation of young people in local businesses across Northern Ireland by offering insight into many areas of entrepreneurship.
The Junior Directors Initiative also aims to complete social enterprise projects as well as assisting CERES Europe NI in completing international european projects.
