Formed in 1888, Lewes Camera Club is one of England's oldest camera clubs. During our season between September and March, we meet weekly for talks from inspiring photographers or for friendly competitions between our members.
We meet every Monday evening at 7:30pm at St Mary's Supporters' Club between September and March. All standards of photographers are welcome. You don’t have to be an expert to join us and if you want to come along for a visit one week, just turn up.
We have club competitions for prints and for projected images (digital or slides) and we also enter Sussex-wide competitions as a club.
Our 2012-13 season starts on 17th September, and during the summer we have several sociable photographic outings.
