Kent is a hotbed of talent and Canterbury has 2 of the finest venues in the south east of England in it that we are proud to operate the live entertainment.
Below The Radar have only been running since last August but have already worked with some of kents top acts.
Our main two venues were the very cool Bar Below in folkestone,with a 120 capacity this has really grown in its popularity on our nights and we can only see these nights getting bigger and better.
and the totally amazing Beercart Arms in Canterbury with a capacity of 200 until it sadly shut in the summer of 2013
We now run music shows from the two top live venues in the city of Canterbury.
The fabulous alternative high street venue the Lady Luck, this venue is the hub of alternative music in the city holding around 100 people is the best place to see bands up close and personal.
Our other venue is the Penny Theatre, with a huge history of fantastic music Radiohead/Reef/Bastille have all playd on the stage at this historic venue.
Holding 300+ has meant we have already had the pleasure of some major breaking bands play for us.
We get messages all the time asking for gigs from new bands asking to play on our nights,this is great and i encourage anyone who wants to play please get in contact.
We aim to run quality music nights with the best talent ,we have had a lot of bands requesting return visits,saying how well run and how much they enjoyed the night.
