Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour/tint service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 6 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.
