We are a family based congregation learning together to love God, love one another, and love the world. Learning to live life in His Presence as community.
We come from all walks and stages of life and have one thing in common - Jesus. His life, death and risen presence and power are changing our lives. Jesus has shown us that God is our perfect and loving Father. By experiencing his love we are learning what it means to be his children and part of his family. We believe everyone has the chance to start again by opening their lives up to Jesus and God’s heart of love, and allowing the Holy Spirit to bring change from the inside out.
We believe that God communicates with us in many ways, and especially through the Bible which we believe is the only truth that can be relied upon to guide us in knowing him and for directing the way we live.
We aim to live out our faith and friendship with Jesus in all our activities, and meet together to learn, grow, encourage and support one another. We also want to share the love of God with others through our community work and other activities as well as through our personal lives.
You are very welcome to drop into our premises at The Plaza Centre, Southchurch Road during the week where we run a café from 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday – why not call in for a coffee and a chat? We also meet on Sunday mornings starting at 10.30am and finishing at about 12.30am with coffee and tea.
