The Master's House welcomes visitors throughout the year, offering a programme of heritage, cultural and community activities for all ages and incomes.
The Master's House has been in the heart of Ledbury for more than 500 years. After an extensive restoration process, funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and Herefordshire Council, it opened in March 2015. The Master's House is a remarkable composite building, well worth a visit to anyone interested in beautiful architecture. At its heart is the original timber-framed Tudor mansion, but for over 500 years it has been adapted and added to in four main phases as well as smaller changes here and there. The restoration carried out between 2011 and 2015 has revealed the story of The Master's House like never before.
The Master's House is run by Herefordshire Council and is home to Ledbury Library and Customer Services. The following organisations are also based in The Master's House;
