Styles include Seasonal yoga, which involves working with the different energy levels associated with each season to help support the body. Plus vinyasa style yoga, which is great for building strength and flexibility.
We'll have some spare mats if you're a beginner, but if you have your own please bring it along with you, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
We'll also be offering regular workshops to help you explore different aspects of your yoga practice.
