Wadebridge Art, is a North Cornwall art gallery specialising in paintings, drawings, ceramics, glass and jewellery produced by local artists.
Wadebridge Art recently opened on Polmorla Walk in Wadebridge. Wadebridge Art takes over from Camel Valley Gallery which closed in May, and specialises in promoting local artists/artisans whose work, which includes paintings, drawings, ceramics, jewellery and glasswork, is inspired by and captures the essence of North Cornwall.
Charlotte La Touche, resident artist and gallery owner, paints on the premises most days, and is happy to answer any questions on the artists being promoted and their work. Charlotte is planning to vary the artwork being displayed every two to three months to ensure a continued fresh look and feel.
In addition to Charlotte’s paintings, the artists currently being represented by the Wadebridge Art include: John Laver, Max Burrows, Jane Smith, Heather Swain, Jen Dixon, Pat Van der Eyken, Michael Moss, James Crouch, Kenneth Walker, Deborah Mitchell, Neil Lowdon, William Nash, Mollie Goodman and Di Pescod.
To complement the art work on display, Wadebridge Art also stocks decorative accessories and artists’ cards, including a selection of handmade cards, for that special occasion or gift.
