We have a long established Criminal Department. This is the only area the firm currently deals with that legal aid is available. If you need to go to a police station or Court then we can come with you. Legal Aid is free in the Police Station regardless of income, and is subject to a means test & interests of justice test for matters in Court. We have a great deal of experience in this area and a very good reputation with regard to motoring matters. A solicitor can be the difference between saving your licence or not.
Ian Vesey who is also a Higher Courts Advocate (Criminal) is Head of the Criminal Department.

We deal with Wills and probate too. So if you wish to make a will it's well worth asking anyone in the office about this and we can assist. It's not the nicest of subjects, but sometimes we have to face up to dealing with these things. A little advice now can ensure that your wishes are met on your passing.

Naz Williams also deals with Business Leases and we are very competitive in this area. A Business Lease is a complex document which requires expert consideration. It's best to get these things right before signing on the doted line and we are there to ensure there are no nasty surprises down the line.
