What can we grow for you? We at Westlands have our finger on the pulse of culinary trends and the requirements of the fine dining industry.

We started growing at the site here in Offenham, Worcestershire back in the late 1940's. During the early part of the 1980's we moved from traditional salad crops introducing both plant propagation and more cutting edge products such as Micro Leaves.

We now work with quality focused chefs, food service, catering and retail customers - who all demand novel, original and modern fresh produce products, our sole aim is to provide great tasting innovation. We keep an eye on food trends, keeping ahead of major dining changes by listening to our core customers, the fine dining specialists of the UK

Being able to produce unique and innovative herbs, leaves and foraging products takes time, care and we pay great attention to quality, something we at Westlands are renowned for. It does also mean that we will introduce novelty to the repertoire of fresh produce and to the finished dishes of a great many chefs and food enthusiasts.
