Willington Books

Willington Books is a newly founded company by Rob Willington, a lecturer with over ten years of teaching experience who had an idea of utilising todays technology. After using years of tiresome didactic instructional methods and other teaching resources, he felt that he wanted to try something new and fresh by bringing the latest technology in to the classroom to help with student engagement and learning to ultimately help them attain in their chosen subjects.

His idea was to create specially tailor made iBooks - each one carefully designed using specialist software, that individually focused on units within a subject to help support on the BTEC syllabus. It would be these iBooks that teaching staff within the United Kingdom could download for their students so they could use on their Apple devices within the classroom environment.
